About Granger Construction

familyHis family's history begins over 45 years ago, when General Manager Dan Granger was given a hammer and told by his parents to start removing plaster and lathe from our 200 year old home on the coast of Maine. As he uncovered the post and beam framing construction, Dan became intrigued with building. Education ( Dan has a BA in Psychology and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Rochester), and several career paths intervened before Dan returned to his love in 1997, founding Granger Remodeling. He established a niche restoring historic homes in Fairhope's Fruit and Nut District, and obtained his Home Builder's License in 2006. Licensing expanded opportunities for the company, and we changed our name and incorporated in 2007.

Granger Construction Company, LLC. Is now a full service re modeler and custom builder. We specialize in, though are not limited to, historic restorations and handicap accessible baths and kitchens.
